Luxury Ginevra is located in a quiet area just 800 meters from the sea of the Ionian coast, in a beautiful natural setting of Mediterranean scrub.

Once past the gate, you cross a driveway in rubble to reach the parking area. There are corners immersed in greenery from which to enjoy the view of the beautiful blue sea.
From here, through a charming access avenue and a small flight of stairs, you reach the house.
The accommodation inside is developed as follows: beautiful bright living room with barrel vault and large doors from which to enjoy the view of the pool and the sea to the beautiful pool area and sleeping area equipped with two bedrooms, one of which is a double with walk-in closet and service bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary. There is a main bathroom and a third outdoor bathroom also equipped with a shower and washing machine. House equipped with ducted air conditioning system. Mosquito nets are present everywhere except for the living room verandas.

The infinity pool reigns right in the center of the property and develops in front of the living area. The pool measures 4 x 8 m and has a maximum depth of 1.30m. The pool is sanitized with chlorine and is equipped with internal lighting and in the surrounding area.
Its position, adjacent to the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast, allows you to carry out fishing tourism activities, boat and nature excursions and attend the numerous festivals organized in the neighboring countries with music and tasting of typical dishes.
Located on the Ionian side close to Marina Di San Gregorio, it allows you to easily reach the most famous tourist destinations. It is in fact about 6 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and less than 4 km from the beaches of Pescoluse Torre Vado.
