Beautiful and charming villa with swimming pool nestled in nature, among the hills of Erice.



Immersed in a rural atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, the villa spreads over two levels: from the covered and furnished veranda with a dining area and relaxation area, guests will enter the living room, marked by high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, large windows, sofas and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area is developed on the ground floor with a bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and upstairs with two bedrooms with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds. An additional bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the layout.



The highlight of the villa is the outdoor spaces, primarily the large swimming pool, surrounded by sun terrace, a covered lounge, and the patio surrounding the house.



*The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

Perched on the summit of the omonymous mountain, 750 meters above sea level, Erice is a medieval town that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Trapani, the Egadi Islands and the western coast of Sicily. Founded by the Elymians, a people of Greek origin, Erice boasts a thousand-year history intertwined with that of the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans and Normans. Walking through the narrow, winding alleys of the village, one breathes a magical atmosphere, embellished by Norman churches, noble palaces and medieval walls. Highlights include the Norman Castle of Erice, the cathedral with its spire bell tower, and the Garden of Venus, a park with spectacular views. Not to be missed is the Erice Civic Museum, which houses archaeological finds of great value. Erice is a lively place, full of events and manifestations that celebrate its traditions. Among the most important is the Feast of San Vito, the city's patron saint, which takes place in June with processions, music and fireworks. Enjoy the typical cuisine, based on local products such as fresh fish, ricotta, olives and wine. Typical dishes include busiata with trapanese, fish soup and ricotta-based desserts. Erice is the ideal place for a vacation of relaxation, culture and gastronomy.



Trapani airport is a 25-minute drive away, while Palermo airport is 50 minutes away.
