The apartment is on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a table with two stools. The spacious living room includes a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table. A master bedroom with a verandah balcony and a second bedroom on the upper floor, accessible by an internal staircase, complete the sleeping area. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one without a shower. The apartment offers free wifi.
