The entrance to the flat is at the rear of the villa and is on the ground level, the same level as the parking space reserved for guests. The flat is newly renovated and furnished with style. From the entrance you reach the bright living room with dining table, sitting area that becomes a sofa, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen open to the living room is well equipped and divided by two arches . In front of the living room there is a balcony where two people can sit and enjoy the view of the park and the lake. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the park of the villa full of beautiful plants and flowers there is a very rustic area where you can have a barbecue and areas where you can relax outdoors. Crossing the main road through a small gate you go down to the villa's private beach, a spot from where you can bathe in the lake which is very simple and natural. In only 5 minutes by car you can reach Stresa and in 2 minutes by car the centre of Belgirate. Only small animals are allowed.
