The apartment is located in the "Il Carrubo" residential complex, in the upper part of Porto Santo Stefano, which will allow you to enjoy a fantastic sea view while staying away from the chaos of the night.
Despite this, for lovers of social life, with just 3 minutes by car you can easily reach Porto Santo Stefano. Also reachable on foot from the house, via a downhill staircase, it is full of characteristic restaurants and clubs.
During your entire stay you will have access to the community pool ( from mid of June till mid of September), tennis court and clubhouse of the residential complex.
