You'll be 450m away from the Palais des Festivals (the site of the Cannes Film Festival) and the port, 700m northeast of Midi Beach, and 500m west of the beach, seaside promenade, and luxury boutiques of La Croisette. The neighboring Forville Market (150m) is open daily, and several excellent restaurants are steps away.
