This 70 sqm apartment is located in a small, hilly, pedestrian village near the lake, inside a traditional stone two-family house, with independent access.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, one bedroom with a double bed, and a loft living area with a double sofa bed, fireplace, TV, and free Wi-Fi. A separate tavern with external access includes a built-in kitchen, gas oven, refrigerator, and barbecue fireplace.

Amenities include a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and drying rack. Guests can also enjoy a small shared outdoor stone patio with table and chairs.

Please note: the apartment does not have a lake view. The views shown in the photos are visible from the village perimeter, not from the house.

Heating in winter is provided by electric heaters and a wood-burning fireplace. A car is essential; public parking is available in the village square, about 50 meters from the apartment.

The lake and the town of Domaso are 2 km away, offering shops, restaurants, beach, water sports, and boat rentals. The area is ideal for outdoor and sporting activities.
