Located within a finely restored 16th-century farmhouse, it blends contemporary architecture, natural materials, and refined furnishings, creating bright and elegant interiors. The panoramic terraces offer beautiful views over the rolling hills and the sea.

Interiors
Villa Tomeoni is spread over three floors, two of which are above ground

Ground Floor
The entrance opens onto a large living room with sofas, leading to a study and a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking areas. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

First Floor
On the first floor, approximately 23 steps lead to the entirely dedicated sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, two with king-size beds and bathrooms with showers, one with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub (designed by Antonio Lupi). Also on this floor is another room with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, upon request, with a bathroom with shower, and a standard double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Basement
On the basement floor, approximately 19 steps lead to a multipurpose room equipped with a ping pong table.

The property is surrounded by terraced land cultivated with typical Mediterranean vegetation. Olive trees dominate, but many other plants and shrubs can be found. Although the land is extensive, only some terraces are perfectly usable, and one of them hosts the wonderful pool. Another terrace houses a bocce court, and another a small but precious vegetable garden, available to guests. A large barbecue is available to customers upon request by the poolside.

The rectangular in shape swimming pool measures 5x15m with a fixed depth of 1.5m. The pool entrance is via a beautiful stone staircase. Purification is chlorine-based, and the sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas.
