The location is ideal: in just five minutes on foot you can reach Lake Garda, the Desenzano lakefront promenade and the nearest beach. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with the first supermarket just a few minutes' drive away and the historic center full of groceries, delicatessens and bakeries.

All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
