Excellent private detached house on two levels about 900 mt from the Pineta and the transparent sea of Sant'Anna di Budoni. The house is very spacious, bright and well furnished. It has a large terrace and an outdoor balcony overlooking the sea. it is located in a very quiet area but a short walk from the most important services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach. The kitchen is super equipped and all services are available. We are waiting for you!. City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Please note, at check time you will be asked to pay tourist tax according to Budoni City following rules:

March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.
July and August 1.00€ per day per person.



No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Children under the age of 12
Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days

Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€. .
