The apartment, on the first and last floor, consists of: a living room complete with a table for 4 people - a kitchenette with dishwasher - a double bedroom with access to a small sea-view terrace - a twin bedroom with two single beds - a bathroom with a shower and washing machine - a large terrace complete with an outdoor table with 6 seats.

Two split units for air conditioning/heating are available in the living room and the double bedroom. Unlimited Free Wi-Fi and a parking space. The house is part of a family villa, where there are a total of 4 dwellings. You can park your vehicle for free in the entrance driveway and use the portion of the courtyard in front of the house, intended for your exclusive use, where there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

We are located in Chia, a short walk from the beaches of Sa Colonia and Su Portu. Via Giovanni Pascoli is an unpaved dirt road but is easily passable with any car. From the house, you can reach both Sa Colonia beach and Su Portu beach in a minute on foot. Other recommended beaches are "Su Giudeu," "Cala Cipolla," and "Tuerredda." The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to the numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest village is Domus de Maria, where there is a pharmacy, a bank, and other services. The archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the Is Zuddas caves in Santadi, and the Is Cannoneris forest park make this a perfect place for exploration. Hiking enthusiasts can venture onto the ancient Roman road from the 4th century AD, a route that connected Nora and Bithia, from which it is possible to admire the coves of this beautiful coastal stretch. Chia's services such as the Mongittu bar, the Mirage restaurant-pizzeria, local fruit stalls, and the Sirio mini-market are all reachable within a minute by car.
