Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living room.
We are environmentally conscious: the crops are organic, and the villa is equipped with a 10 kW solar photovoltaic system.
Just 1 km from the town center and just 2 km from the historic center of Mesagne, filled with Baroque monuments and Messapian ruins, whitewashed houses, and narrow streets paved with chianche (stone blocks), bustling with restaurants and artisan shops.
An ideal starting point for holidays in Salento, centrally located for quickly reaching the splendid beaches of Torre Guaceto and Porto Cesareo, and for visiting the Itria Valley, the trulli of Alberobello, and Matera.
