Climbing a few more steps leads to the terrace overlooking the sea, a unique space with a breathtaking view, perfect for summer aperitifs or sunbathing on the loungers. The house also has a garden complete with every comfort, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and private parking.

The house is located 200 meters from the \"Pellicano Beach\" and that of \"Mare e Rocce\", characterized by white sand and crystal clear water.
