🚗 Although the apartment does not have private parking, you can find parking nearby.

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in complete freedom, without restrictions.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
