Villa Sunset is located in a small village Fuskulin near Porec, one of the most important tourist destinations on the adriatic coast, known for its cultural and gastronomic offerings. The villa is perfect for relaxed holidays with family or friends and is ready to offer you everything you need. This fully air-conditioned villa with 150 m2 of living space spread over two floors, accommodating up to six people.

The ground floor features a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. The first floor contains three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Most leisure time you will likely spend on the outdoor terrace, which features a 30 m2 pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a dining area.

Additional amenities include table tennis and a squash court, shared by prior arrangement with the guests of the other half of the house.

The garden is fully fenced, and you will have three parking spaces at your disposal.
