Our property is a one-of-a-kind proposal, located in the heart of the historic center, it manages to embody the authentic spirit that the town transmits, in a position close to the sea and all the conveniences of restaurants, clubs and boutiques. We remind guests that from June to September the area becomes pedestrian from 7.00 pm onwards.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, an ancient city and capital of the island, which offers walks in settings of historical charm within its mighty walls from the Medici era. In addition to the many historical cues, Portoferraio offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: from its white pebble coves and unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches that with the sirocco seem to take us into a Caribbean setting.

Two-level apartment with a rustic soul, with its exposed bricks and terracotta flooring. The lower floor is composed of a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed, Smart LED TV and an elegant fireplace. Here is the first spacious double bedroom, with a mezzanine with an elegantly finished private bathroom and a built-in shower. From the living room, a comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a second double bedroom with a second elegant bathroom with built-in shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
