Apartment Grottelle is a newly built semi-basement studio apartment, located near the center of Polignano a Mare. The accomodation is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate 2 people.



The house is accessed via a condominium entrance, you can use both the internal staircase or the lift.



Inside the accomodation there is a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, table with chairs and a small private outdoor area equipped with outdoor table and chairs. There is also a small sofa, a double bed separated from the living area by a glass wall and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
