In the historic center of Maglie, 50 m. from the central Piazza Aldo Moro, the beating heart of the town, a 17th century two-room apartment with ancient and thick characteristic walls is available.
It has a double living room with fully equipped kitchenette, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is independent and overlooks an ancient garden with the characteristic basalo flooring.

The house is totally renovated, furnished and air conditioned. Completely independent, it opens onto an ancient and characteristic garden, is equipped with a comfortable storage room and large and characteristic "chianche" paved terraces with a view of the historic center of Maglie and the ancient bell tower.

The street on which the house is located is quiet and with the possibility of parking. Parking is free after business hours.
With a short walk you can admire the ancient courts and splendid buildings of the historic centre, rich, among other things, in welcoming places where you can taste the famous and tasty dishes of Lecce gastronomy.

Maglie is located in the center of the Salento area, from which to visit, in a very short time, all of Salento as it is equipped with both a train station and a convenient coach service. In summer, “Salentoinbus” is added, an initiative of the Province of Lecce which allows you to visit almost all the tourist locations. Otranto is 16 km away, Gallipoli is 25 km away, Santa Maria di Leuca is 40 km away, while the capital Lecce is 30 km away and Brindisi airport is 60 km away, connected to all the main Italian and European airports.
3 km away is Melpignano with the "Notte della Taranta" famous event at the end of August, which can also be reached on foot.
