There is a double sofa bed and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, which can be used both for lunch and dinner and as a work area if required.

The flat is situated not far from the railway, like most houses in the village, but there are no noise problems from trains etc. also because it is on the side of the building that is not exposed to the railway.
