This gives flexibility to the management of the house which remains an ideal place for groups of friends to families with 2 or 3 children. A large living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the beach - 7 minutes walk to the centre of Levanto - 10 minutes walk to the train station. You will have ample outdoor spaces equipped for moments of quiet and relaxation, (2 Terraces, 1 Gazebo). Sea view in the distance.
