A structure surrounded by greenery, in a relaxing and quiet area, just 5 km from the town of Rio nell'Elba and a few meters from the sea.The residence, in addition to having a swimming pool for condominium use, is less than 750 meters from the lovely pebble beach mixed with sand of Nisporto. The location is perfect for those who want to fully experience the wilder side of the island and for those who enjoy canoe trips or snorkeling, thanks to the crystal-clear sea rich in fish that characterizes the area. In addition, the beach is equipped with bars, an excellent restaurant, and convenience store open only seasonally.

Comfortable ground-floor apartment with small kitchen and living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower cabin and comfortable double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a double bed and an additional single bed. On the ground floor there is a small reserved outdoor area with table and chairs perfect for relaxing in the company of your family. In addition, the apartment has a private garage available to allow guests to leave their cars safely in total serenity.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m.; for check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of euro 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed
- deposit (compulsory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
