Domus Villae is proud to present this 200 sqm apartment, located just a 7-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
You will be staying in the heart of the Roman city center, away from the crowds and noise, as the apartment is situated on a residential street.
The furniture reflects unparalleled elegance and was designed to ensure a 5-star experience.
Every element has been thoroughly selected to create a refined and welcoming environment where comfort and design meet perfectly. The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm).

For groups of up to 8 adults, we'll arrange 4 double beds.
For groups of 9 adults, we'll arrange 1 extra single bed.
For groups of 10 adults, we'll add 2 extra single beds.
There are no sofa beds, and sleeping on the sofa is not allowed. Groups of up to 8 adults can request an extra bed to be added at a cost of €20 per night per extra bed.
