Room 1, ideal for families or groups of friends, can accommodate up to 3 people and will guarantee you a practical stay, without sacrificing quality. Thanks to its strategic position, you will have the opportunity to easily visit the main tourist attractions of the city, without sacrificing comfort. Our property is located a few steps away (3 minutes on foot) from the magnificent Royal Palace of Naples and the Teatro San Carlo, while the Municipio metro station (which is only 250 meters away) will allow you to move easily throughout the city. Plebiscito Rooms is located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift, in Via Carlo De Cesare 56, a central area that will allow you to explore Naples on foot, with all the amenities at your fingertips. The spaces are designed to guarantee you maximum comfort, with air conditioning (hot / cold), hairdryer, bed linen and towels and courtesy line. In addition, you will have WiFi available for an always active connection and to enjoy your holiday without problems. If you want to prepare a breakfast or a snack, the kitchen shared with the other rooms is equipped with a kettle, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, microwave and toaster, to guarantee you all the convenience you need. When you want to relax after a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy the Smart TV and television in your room, for moments of leisure and relaxation.  The location of our structure is truly privileged: just 3 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and Piazza Plebiscito, the beating heart of the city, and 6 minutes walk from the Maschio Angioino. The Beverello pier, from which ferries depart for the islands, can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, while the sea is just 10 minutes on foot. By staying with us, you will have the opportunity to experience Naples in all its beauty, immersing yourself in the culture, history and unique atmosphere that only this city can offer



In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed. . City Tax: € 4,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights
