You are in a stately and quiet context, the apartment is very spacious and bright, enriched by a nice terrace. The apartment is equipped with motorized blinds, heating and cooling (with dehumidifier), on the floor, providing optimal comfort.

The apartment is new, and consists of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a covered terrace.
There are 2 beds (160x200 mattress) in the bedroom and 1 bed on the sofa bed (140x190 mattress) in the living room/kitchen.
Among the main amenities: wifi, heating/cooling, coffee machine, clothesline, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator/freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave.
Other things to note
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and parties are also prohibited. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 22 and 8 in the morning it is forbidden to make noises that could cause annoyance to the neighbors.
The cost of final cleaning includes a normal cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is mandatory to do the recycling and leave it in order. If this rule is not respected, an extra cleaning fee will be required.
