The villa is located in Ansedonia, an exclusive seaside resort in the Tuscan Maremma included within the Feniglia nature reserve, 10km from Orbetello. It is part of the Kaletra residential complex and can accommodate up to 7 people. Developed on two levels, on the ground floor it consists of a large living room with a window overlooking the beautiful terrace, two double bedrooms with single beds, a single bedroom, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. Upstairs the double bedroom with sitting room, walk-in closet, small terrace and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf and the shared swimming pool. Two parking spaces are also available for guests. The closest beach is 900 meters away.
