The lush garden full of plants and colorful flowers is the setting for the wonderful infinity pool that seems to extend towards the lake offering an oasis of coolness and relaxation and inviting guests to enjoy the sun and the spectacular view. Rectangular in shape, the infinity pool has five submerged steps for access into the water and measures 14x7 m. Umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds complete the sunbathing area. The pool is available to guests from the first saturday of May until the last saturday of September.

Small-size pets are welcome. In presence of animals, an extra cost of € 70.00 per animal will be required for additional cleaning for whole week or fractions.

The price includes: use of the pool from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September, initial and final cleaning and extra cleaning twice a week (for booking of 7 nights minimum), all utilities, air conditioning, linen with a midweek change, a tasting of traditional products

The price does not include: extra cleaning per week/day € 25.00 hour (minimum 8 hours); change of linen € 15.00 per person; possible use of the piano upon authorization of the property (upon request with an extra cost).

Villa Domus Papi is located in a strategic position on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property is on 3 levels. After the large porch you have access to the ground floor where we find a cozy entrance, a large living room with fireplace, grand piano and a study/ relaxation room. From here we move on to the spacious dining room, the functional kitchen, the laundry area, a bathroom and a bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The first floor, which is accessed both by an internal staircase and an external loggia, consists of entrance/ hallway, 5 bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) each with en suite bathroom, two with shower and three with bathtub and the wonderful terrace on the loggia that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno. The two twins can be turned into doubles upon request. The second floor consists of an attic with a large hobby room with table football. Here there is also an additional double bedroom which can be made available on request with a supplement and bathroom with bathtub.
