It is forbidden to introduce sand into the shower, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots, etc. is required.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00 am (keys returned to the agency).

Tourist tax due as per law, from 1 April to 31 October, based on the number of occupants of the property of €1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights over 12 years)

ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
