The apartment is located in a condominium, on the first floor, but for those with mobility difficulties a stairlift is available, it has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a panoramic balcony with two deckchairs and a fan is available, blackout curtains, will be bed linen, towels and shower mat provided.
A large living room where there is a double sofa bed, table and chairs, a fan, blackout curtains and a panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture, table and chairs, awning.
A complete kitchen with all comforts, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza a Modo Mio espresso machine, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, etc., table and chairs, will be provided : bottle of water, dish dryer, oil, vinegar, salt, herbal teas, sugar and coffee capsules as well as a gift from the house.
A complete bathroom with tub/shower, sink, bidet and toilet, washing machine and will be provided with shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, soap, detergent, hot water and heating.
The entire apartment will be at the complete disposal of guests with two panoramic balconies, equipped with outdoor furniture and two deckchairs for sunbathing, as well as a drying rack.
