The sleeping area is developed on the ground floor and on the second floor, with 9 independent bedrooms all with en suite bathroom. Each room has fine finishes, independent floor climatisation (cooling and heating system), TV and WI-FI connection.

Outside a large courtyard surrounds the house, with garden and gazebo, an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Apuan Alps, an equipped external kitchenette with a wood oven and barbeque grill under a Pompeian equipped with tables and chairs. The exteriors are fully illuminated, to experience magical summer evenings!

A small gym with equipment is available to the more sporty!
