External Description

Villa Casanova is immersed in the countryside of Pieve Santo Stefano, in Valtiberina area.

It boasts a large garden with lawn, barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for having alfresco meals while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lovely pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm), open from 1 May to 30 September, equipped with sun loungers and external shower.

Within the garden there is also a private parking for 8 cars, and a ping pong table, perfetc for the enjoyment of adults and children.

Internal Description

Furnished in a country style, Villa Casanova is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 1 pet).

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of two welcoming living rooms: the first lounge is furnished with sofas, fireplace, tv and bookcase; the second one with sofas, bookcase and home cinema projector with Dolby Surround.

Then there is a large dining room for 14 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen with: fireplace, dining table for 6 people, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.

Lastly you will find a service bathroom (with washer/dryer) and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

First floor: Going up two flights of stairs you can reach the first floor with the sleeping area divided as follows: 3 doubles, 2 twins and 1 triple (with two single beds and a French bed).

Following are three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub/shower).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity, except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (380.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; pets allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 1 pet - 140.00€ per week). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
