Three-room apartment on the ground floor in a residence with swimming pool located in a green area. From the French windows you will enjoy the view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, sofa bed for two people and satellite TV; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area, Wi-Fi (the connection can be unstable in the living area while it is good in the sleeping area, take this into consideration, thank you).
The apartment is bright and spacious, outside you will have a table with chairs and umbrella reserved for enjoying your meals outdoors.

Inside the property, completely fenced, you will have a reserved parking space, a shared BBQ area (2 wood/charcoal BBQs + 2 tables with benches), shared swimming pool with children's pool (the pool is completely fenced and has a gate to ensure safety for children), outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers), playground, ping pong table, washing machine and dispenser of still and sparkling microfiltered water.

The large park will allow you to relax in the sun or in the shade of olive trees and other trees.

From the main entrance you can enter and exit either by car or on foot/by bike, from the back of the residence you can exit on foot and reach the lively center of Montinelle and the port of Dusano.

Villa S. Caterina is a 20th century Art Nouveau building, located in the immediate vicinity of the small church of the same name, in the small village of Gardoncino in Manerba del Garda. The ancient holiday home of the Brescian bourgeoisie is immersed in a centenary park and offers its guests an enchanting view of the Valtènesi and the morainic hills.

The structure houses 16 apartments, for purely tourist use, of different sizes and types. During the skilful renovation, some original elements were kept unchanged.
