We are in the Gulf of Mola on the eastern side of the island, in an almost equidistant position between Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, a central area immersed in lush vegetation in the wooded part of the town. You will be close to the marine shipyard and tourist port, and in a strategic position for visiting the various beaches and coves that this stretch of coast offers. The property is perfectly suitable for families, as in addition to well-kept plants it is surrounded by a large garden for the enjoyment of adults and children in total safety. This stretch of coast is full of beaches made up of long, well-equipped sandy beaches such as Naregno, Lido di Capoliveri, Morcone; or many coves that maintain the charm of intimate and wild Elba such as Barabarca, Zuccale, Felciaio. You will be spoiled for choice! The central position with respect to the two main municipalities on the slope, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, also allows you to choose whether to spend the evening in a fishing village overlooking the sea, or stay in a characteristic and ancient hilltop village where you can breathe the past and admire the horizon of the sea which opens towards the gulf.

The house has this splendid porticoed terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating outdoors or relaxing on the armchair. It is accessed internally from here and is all on one floor. The structure consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a large bathroom with shower. The living area consists of a large kitchen with sofa and dining area. The strong point of the villa is certainly its large outdoor space, courtyard, parking spaces inside the property which is closed by a gate, and an immense garden that surrounds the house.

- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
