Villa Jasminka is a modern villa with a pool built in 2024, situated in the picturesque Istrian town of Kastelir. It is an ideal holiday home for those seeking a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Shop, pizzeria, and café bars are situated just 500 meters from the house. The coastal towns of Novigrad and Porec are just a short drive away.

The property is set within a 900 sqm fenced plot that boasts a well-maintained lawn and beautiful olive trees. Outdoor features include a covered terrace for alfresco dining, a barbecue, a 36 sqm swimming pool and parking for two cars. A hot tub is available in the house, which will be placed next to the pool in summer, and in closed wellnes area in winter days.

The villa can accommodate 7 guests and offers 155 sqm of air-conditioned living space across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with satellite TV and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom and separate beds (auxiliary bed is available in this bedroom). The ground floor also offers an additional toilet. The first floor contains two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
