We are in a hamlet of the municipality of Faggeto Lario which is made up of the hamlets of Riva (on the shore of Lake Como) and the mountain areas of Molina, Lemna (municipal seat) and Palanzo. These last three hamlets were connected to each other already in medieval times by the Strada Regia, which from Brunate led to Bellagio passing halfway up the coast.
Its origins date back to 1335 and it is a place where your excursions can begin.
We are located in a strategic point just 5 minutes' drive from the lake where you can reach the shores and enjoy its wonderful view.

Faggeto Lario, located on the western shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, is a municipality that extends across the province of Como. It was born in 1928 from the merger of the hamlets of Riva, Molina, Lemna and Palanzo.
Here's what you can do and see in Faggeto Lario:
-In Lido di Faggeto in the hamlet of Riva you can take advantage of the lido which offers a bathing beach with a view of the lake. It has been renovated and offers comforts such as umbrellas, sunbeds, bars and showers.
-Forests and beech forests for nature lovers, you can explore the extensive woods and paths of Mount Palanzone, you will find a heterogeneous green blanket that enchants the eyes.
-Visit the Church of Santa Margherita in the Molina hamlet, admire the ancient church with a valuable 11th century bell tower

This house is part of a four-family house with entrance from the provincial road but positioned in such a way as to allow the quiet of the place.
It is arranged on one level with a bedroom suitable for families, there is a double bed and a bunk bed to accommodate up to 4 people. An open space with a kitchen complete with appliances and utensils with a dining table and a corner sofa, from the living room you access the balcony where you can admire the view of the surrounding mountains, a bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the house.
We thought we would offer you a small welcome gift by letting you find for breakfast on your first day, in addition to biscuits and milk, also coffee with sachets of sugar and in the fridge there is a bottle of wine and water.
