Interior Description

I Lecci 1 is located on the second floor and opens onto a comfortable living area with dining space and a lounge corner featuring a TV and a double sofa bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Outdoor Spaces

The covered veranda, offering wide views of the sea and surrounding nature, is the heart of the property: the perfect place for outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening. At the entrance there is a private courtyard with uncovered parking spaces. A convenient outdoor shower is also available, ideal when returning from the beach.

Popular restaurants such as Lu Stazzu, Locanda Rudalza and I Valentini are all within 1.5 km. The nearest bus stop is 280 metres from the property. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.

Things to Keep in Mind

Payments and Security Deposit

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on a credit card physically presented and belonging to the guest.
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the guest’s bank).
• In the event of damages or violations of house rules, a portion of the deposit may be retained.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the municipal regulations.

Booking Details

• All Klodge accommodations are private properties managed through tourist rental contracts.
• As private homes, they may show small imperfections that do not affect overall functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialised in short-term holiday rentals.
• Essential services (final cleaning, initial linen set) are provided by external companies; related costs are charged to the guest.

Online Check-in & Rental Contract

• After booking, guests must complete the online check-in, uploading ID documents and a selfie for each traveller.
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• A tourist rental contract must be signed (in Italian); an English courtesy copy is provided.

Key Delivery

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly at the end of your stay.
