The apartment of 93 m² is located on the second floor of the farmhouse, which includes 5 other apartments. The structure is in stone, ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta floor, arches in Tuscan style. The terrace shows a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills and is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, sun beds, barbecue; the whole house is surrounded by cypresses, olive groves and vineyards, large garden. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms + two single beds in the living room, separated by a bellows door. Baby bed and high chair on request. Large living-dining room with well-equipped kitchenette. Washing machine in the house. Bed linen and towels included in the price; weekly change of them. On request heating Euro 15 every 4 hours. Swimming pool shared with the other units (mt.10x5,50 depth 140cm). Tourist tax Euro 2,00 per person per night excluding children up to 14 years. The village of Tavarnelle is within walking distance and is 1 km away, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy, church. Being the central area between Florence (30 minutes) and Siena (40 minutes) you can quickly reach San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Radda and Greve in Chianti, Volterra (50 minutes) and in about an hour and a half the sea of Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi). Florence Peretola Airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes and Pisa Airport in 50-60 minutes.
