Domu Elgive first floor is a beautiful apartment part of a three-room structure.

Surrounded by a private garden with views of the mountains and sea of the Marina di Tertenia.

At your disposal, a room with double bed and single bed and a room with two single beds. In the living area you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, sitting room with dining table and TV and bathroom with shower box and bidet. Outside, private fenced parking, barbecue area shared with the other units and a beautiful veranda overlooking the countryside and the sea.

The property is air-conditioned and there is free wi-fi.

The owners, Flavio and Laura, live in the third apartment of the structure and are at your complete disposal for any need.

It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorcycle because of the lack of public transport.
