All apartments have their own private outdoor area (terrace or patio) furnished with garden furniture, they have access to a shared swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, Jacuzzi, solarium, and outdoor BBQ. All apartments are also equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, and private parking. The center of Pieve di Tremosine with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, the closest beach is about 20 minutes by car.

Casa Elka apartment 3 can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child, has 1 bedroom, one with 1 large double bed, a living room with a French sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. A private furnished patio with sweeping lake view views will complete the vacation of your dreams.

We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
