The recently built Villa Easy Life is located near the center of Moniga dal Garda and just 1.5 km from the beach. The villa is spread over three levels and is characterized by a modern architecture, essential and well-defined shapes, with a light color.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with dining table and kitchen, the large windows in the living area lead to the covered terrace and the garden with infinity pool. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on this floor. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find two double bedrooms overlooking a large terrace with beautiful lake views and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has a system that regulates the temperature depending on the outside temperature.

This wonderful solution is rounded off by a very spacious private garage in the basement, where three cars, your bicycles or motorcycles can be parked comfortably, there is no lack of space.

Ideal for visiting the most beautiful places on Lake Garda but also for relaxing by the pool and admiring the lake.



In the center of the village of Moniga del Garda there are various restaurants and cafés that are worth a visit and charming alleys that will take you back in time. The beautiful beach of Moniga del Garda with the harbor and the long lake promenade is only about 2 kilometers away. The golf course of Soiano del Lago is just 5 km away.
