Villa Anna is located in Fiumetto, Marina di Pietrasanta, a few minutes from the Versiliana Park and just 800 meters from the sea.
Pietrasanta, a city of art linked to the processing of marble which has earned the nickname of Little Athens thanks to the concentration of artists who have decided to settle here over the years, is only 3 kilometers away and can also be easily reached by bicycle thanks to the cycle paths.
Lucca and Pisa are about 30 kilometers away, Florence about 120.
The Villa has an exclusive garden on 3 sides, with a gazebo at the back where it is possible to organize lunches/dinners or barbecues.
At the back there is also a laundry room with washing machine.
The garage can accommodate several bicycles or motorbikes, while the car can be left in the space in front, but still inside the property.
The Villa also has a large terrace on the raised ground floor where you can spend the evening enjoying the fresh air.
On the raised ground floor we find the entrance to a large living area, kitchen and small bathroom.
On the first floor the sleeping area consists of three large double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. All rooms have a terrace.
