Villa Farneta is immersed in the wonderful countryside of Valdichiana offering a panoramic view of Cortona, the ancient Etruscan and Medieval town.

The property boasts a large garden with lounge area, swing, several dining tables and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while preparing tasty grills with friends.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a splendid pool (12.5 x 5 m), open from May to September, and equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers.

At guests' disposal also a private covered parking for 7 cars, and a bowls court, perfect for the enjoyment of adults and children.

Internal Description

Villa Farneta has been elegantly renovated, combining the historical flavor of Tuscan villas with a touch of design. The result is a perfect mix of modern comforts and traditional materials.

Spread over 2 floors, the property can accommodate up to 15 people, has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request and based on size.

Ground floor: On the ground floor guests will be welcomed by a large and bright open-space living area, made up of some rooms: a lounge furnished with sofas, tv and bookcase; a dining room with a table for 17 people; an airy professional kitchen. Following is a second living room with sofas and another fully equipped kitchen.

Also on this level there is a sleeping area divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom (a double bed + a single bed), 1 twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined together if necessary).

Four bathrooms with shower complete the floor.

First floor: The upper floor, accessible by two stairs, houses a cozy living room with sofa and desk. Moreover you will find 4 double bedrooms (two of which with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (800.00€); heating upon consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
