In Anzio, on the coast of Lazio and in the province of Rome, a thoroughly equipped apartment of about 50 square meters in a two-family villa 100 meters from the sea (the nearest bathing establishment is just in front of the house), located in a quiet residential area, with easy parking and with bars, groceries, supermarket and pharmacy within about 200 m.
Inside, among other things, a smart tv, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with blackout curtains in the bedroom for a good night sleep, and a fire estinguisher for your own security. In the garden, a gazebo, a barbecue pit, a swing and a ping pong table.
The Railway station is 450 m away with a train that arrives in the center of Rome in one hour. Downtown Anzio is only 1,5 km away, and there are bars and restaurants all along the way, also on the nearby beaches, where even ancient Roman ruins can be seen, surrounding the historical Nero's villa and its museum.
