Spereto Nocellara in Montaione is a flat with an independent entrance obtained from a careful restoration of a farmhouse. Nocellara has a private equipped outdoor area. The swimming pool, (18x8 depth 1,40 ) in a panoramic position overlooking the valley and the historic village of Montaione, is shared, open all year round because it is heated. The pool is surrounded by a refined sun terrace with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella for each unit. Toilets, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen complete the pool area. Uncovered parking inside the property. Cars are not allowed inside Borgo di Spereto; each guest may enter to unload their luggage with a golf cart.

From Montaione it is possible to organise excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (known as the Tuscan Jerusalem). The beaches of the Etruscan Coast are easily reachable within an hour's drive. Also visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle dinner. About 3 km away you will find an equestrian centre where you can organise a horseback ride. A renowned golf course is a 10-minute drive away. The region lends itself very well to mountain biking.
