The 500-square-meter courtyard surrounding it on three sides is tended to by expert gardeners and is mostly covered by a beautiful English lawn. Here you can relax in complete privacy, listening to the sweet sound of the waves, sunbathe on the sun loungers, and let your children play.

The large veranda, recently renovated, is equipped with a table seating 8, outdoor furniture, and a built-in barbecue. Inside, the villa features a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a lounge area with a large-screen TV. Unlimited free Wi-Fi covers the entire property, allowing for high-speed browsing.

The low level of traffic in the condominium facilitates the mobility of families with children or elderly people, contributing to ensuring unparalleled tranquility even in high season.

THE AREA: We are located in Southeast Sardinia, in Geremeas, a beautiful seaside resort located along the southern coast of Sardinia. An enchanting beach with crystal-clear waters and sandy seabed. The beach is accessible both for free with open access and by booking sunbeds and umbrellas at the bathing establishments. Water activities are numerous: from swimming to snorkeling, windsurfing, and boat excursions to explore the fascinating coastal surroundings. The area is served by the "Country Club" mini-market and the Kal'e Moru coffee bar. For pizza, we suggest "Da Palmira" in Torre delle Stelle and for seafood restaurant "Da Barbara" in Solanas, both about a 10-minute drive away.

GETTING AROUND THE AREA. Guests can reach the beach on foot in about 1 minute via a paved and traffic-free road, which allows safe circulation even for children and the elderly. In any case, a car is always essential to reach all services and fully enjoy the activities that the area offers. The villages of Solanas, Torre delle Stelle, and Villasimius can be reached with short car rides. The house is also well connected to the city, and Cagliari Airport is approximately 30km away.
