Just a few kilometers drive from the property are southeastern Sicily’s most beautiful spots, like Syracuse; Ragusa; the Val di Noto’s other baroque cities; and the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves.
At guests’ disposal:3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Wifi internet, air conditioning, parking, sun deck, private garden, outdoor hot tub heated to 28°C (dimensions: 1,80 x 1,80 meters, 0,60 - 0,80 meters deep), direct beach access.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
