The villa dates back to the 16th century and offers comfortable interiors furnished with some antique pieces. The outside areas are very large and provide a nice park with a spacious solarium area (near the pool) and some charming corners shaded by century-old tress.
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Camucia with shops of all kinds and railway station 1 km away, Cortona 5 km, Arezzo 25 km away, Siena 45 km, Perugia approx. 45 km away, Florence (airport) approx. 100 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 2,4 m), solarium area with sun-beds, sun-umbrellas, tables and gazebo. Parking within the grounds.

From the living-room access on to a double bedroom (air-conditioning) sharing a bathroom with shower with an additional double bedroom (air-conditioning available) which is accessible either via an external staircase or via the first double bedroom.
