Just 500 metres from the Rimini Nord motorway exit, a 5-minute drive from the Trade Fair and the sea, in the peace and beauty of our hinterland is the house set in a large enclosed garden, with porticoes equipped for barbeques, breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air, with chairs and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.
The house is on two levels:
On the ground floor there is a large panoramic lounge (height 5.20 m) with fireplace and three-seater faux leather sofa with chaise-lounge.

Equipped kitchen in steel and solid wood complete with crockery and glasses and all appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven.

The first attic floor is accessed by a spiral staircase.

One open loft bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed divided by a curtain and partition;
