Villa Vista Visinada is a lovely Istrian stone house with a swimming pool located on the outskirts of the charming town of Vizinada. The house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the green Istrian countryside and nearby Motovun. The area around the house is known for its wines and olive oil producers. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad are just a 20-minute drive away.

The holiday home has recently undergone a full renovation and is situated on a well-maintained and enclosed property. Here, you'll find a 32 sqm swimming pool, a children's swing, two covered terraces perfect for outdoor dining, and an equipped summer kitchen with a shower/toilet.

This 100 sqm holiday home spans over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable living room, along with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are a total of three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with a single bed along with a shower/toilet. In the hallway, two air-conditioning units ensure a cool and comfortable atmosphere in the bedrooms.
