Casa Dracena A is a welcoming apartment situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Dracena A you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Casa Dracena A is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area in the garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.5 km (4.7 miles) from Torrita di Siena, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.3 km (roughly 2.1 miles) and a grocery store at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles).
Casa Dracena A is located on the first floor of an age-old stone house. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Dracena A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Dracena A is along a 1-kilometer (0.6-mile) unpaved road.

The apartments are part of a complex made up by 14 units, and set in a magic location surrounded by Tuscan hills.


As guests of the complex you will able, upon request and for a fee, to take part in several activities such as wine tasting, truffle hunting and cooking classes. On site you will also find a wine bar, to enjoy extra services like breakfast in the morning and local wine tasting in the evening.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up a route that includes approximately 13 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 17 meters (56 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 13 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with benches. From the garden you will enjoy an incredible view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.  Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas. There is a practical fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
