Ground floor: a large arched entrance, accessible via the garden, leads into the living room. There is a kitchen area, sofa, and dining area. A dbl bedroom with its own bathroom with shower (private bathroom), a twin bedroom, and a second bathroom with shower. From the lounge, a wide staircase leads up to the first floor, where we find 2 more dbl bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. The apartment has satellite TV, dishwasher, and multi-function air conditioning system (heating, cooling, and dehumidifier) on both floors. The private garden is furnished with two large tables, several chairs, and a clothes-drying rack.
